Samuel Coupry

Samuel trained at the European Technical Trade Institute of Music (ITEMM) in Le Mans, France before working for Yamaha in Belgium for two years. He also completed further training at the company's academy in Hamamatsu, Japan.
More recently, Samuel returned to Brussels, where he worked as a contract tuner for a Belgian company. In this role he was responsible for many concert and festival tunings, including at Brussels' Royal Conservatory.
Samuel joined Jenkin Piano as a tuner in 2009. He also enjoys working on piano restorations in the workshop.
When he's not working, Samuel enjoys playing the piano and the guitar, exploring the great New Zealand outdoors, cooking and local red wine!
